PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location within the UK.

PACKAGING

All trading card products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Booster boxes and valuable items are shipped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
